Unlock your phone and hold the top of the back of it near the STASHD puck at the counter. Your card opens in your browser and your stamp, points or pack are added. On Android, check NFC is switched on in your settings.

Make sure your phone is unlocked, then hold the top of the back of your phone close to the puck for a second or two. Thick or metal cases can get in the way, so try taking it off. On Android, check NFC is on. Still no luck? Have a quick word with the team at the counter and they'll help you out.

No. We only ask if you choose to see places near you, and you can say no. You never need to share your location to collect stamps or claim rewards.

They show how rare a collectable card is. Most are Standard, some are Limited (rare), and the luckiest pulls are Holograms (very rare).

When a reward is ready, open the venue's card in STASHD, tap the reward and slide to redeem it while you're at the counter. Show the staff your ticket and they'll hand over your treat.

For rewards that use collectable cards, yes: you trade in the cards the reward asks for, and they leave your stash. The good news is you can always pop back in and start collecting again.

Not at all. Unopened packs wait safely in your Stash, so you can open it again whenever you like.

Your Stash is safe. Sign in on your new phone with the same mobile number and everything will be right where you left it.

Open your Stash (your profile), tap the settings icon (the little gear) and upload a new photo.

There's no password to guess or forget. Each time you sign in, we text a one-time code to your mobile, so only you can get into your stash.
