Silent Mode: rewards at the till
Feels just like Square Loyalty. Staff add the customer to the sale, and once they've earned enough, Square takes the reward off their bill by itself. Customers never need to tap or open anything.
Rewards in STASHD
Square sales count towards everything your program offers: points per dollar plus stamps, a points shop and mystery packs. Customers see and redeem rewards on their STASHD card.
Moving from Square Loyalty
Your members keep their points instead of starting again. STASHD reads your Square Loyalty members and balances, and you choose how Square points convert to STASHD points before anything is saved.
The import can be done from anywhere in about half an hour. A few days later you switch over at the counter. Nothing in Square Loyalty is changed along the way.

Does STASHD work with Square?
Yes. Connect Square from your STASHD dashboard in about five minutes. When your staff add a customer to a sale, STASHD recognises them and adds points for every dollar spent. There is nothing to install on your devices.
Is STASHD a Square Loyalty alternative?
It can be. With Silent Mode, rewards come off at your Square till automatically, much like Square Loyalty, and customers don't need to open anything. Or run rewards in STASHD, which adds stamp cards, a points shop and collectable mystery packs on top of points per dollar.
Can I bring my Square Loyalty members across?
Yes. STASHD reads your Square Loyalty members and their points so nobody starts from zero. It only reads Square Loyalty, never changes it, and nobody is texted during the import. Members need a mobile number to come across.
Do customers need an app to earn with Square?
No. In Silent Mode they never open STASHD at all. In app rewards mode they open their STASHD card in the browser to see and redeem rewards, and the optional app is only there if they'd like it.
How many points does a dollar earn?
You choose, from 0 to 10 points per dollar (1 is the default), and you can change it any time. Refunds take the points back automatically.
Does the Square connection cost extra?
No. It is included in every STASHD plan.
